If our pre-paid returns label has been used, to track your return parcel please see the tracking information on your certificate of postage, this reference can be used on Royal Mail's website, under their track and trace feature.
If an InPost locker return has been processed, to track your return parcel please see the tracking information below your QR code, this reference can be used on InPost's website, under their 'Track your parcel' feature.
When your return parcel arrives into our warehouse, we aim to process all returns within three to five working days, although at peak times such as End of Season Sale or Christmas, this can take a little longer.
An automated email will be sent confirming that your return has been processed and a further email confirming the despatch of your replacement order, should an exchange have been requested.
